About Us
Centered Self was founded by Brent Krizo on the shores of beautiful Great Pond in central Maine. In early 2004 Brent became interested in the the teachings of Wayne Dyer. After reading and listening to his material he was thirsty for more knowledge on how to live a more enjoyable and productive life. This lead to a natural progression to the teachings of Deepak Chopra, the internationally acclaimed doctor, author and teacher. In 2005 Brent became a student of Deepak’s through the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California where he was certified to teach Primordial Sound Meditation in early 2007. Since then Brent has been practicing meditation and continues to be amazed at the power of the simple technique.
Brent believes deeply in the work that he performs. He wants people to see value in what he teaches. That is why he offers a free introductory course before people sign up for the full course. When looking to make the investment in yourself you should have the feeling that you will benefit from what you are paying for without the worry that you won’t get value back.
Brent has always been a natural teacher who gets excited about sharing the power of the techniques he has learned and developed.
